How Covara Group’s public website handles information and the choices available to visitors.

Information you choose to provide

Contact, partnership and investor forms collect the information needed to review and respond to an inquiry. Depending on the pathway, this may include your name, email address, organization, title, inquiry type, review context, message, privacy consent, submission time and source page.

How inquiries are handled

Submissions are validated by Covara Group’s server, recorded in an access-controlled Covara Google Workspace register and sent to the authorized Covara inbox for review. A confirmation is also sent to the email address provided. Form information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as browser information, requested pages and timestamps. Honeypot and timing controls are used to reduce automated submissions. The website does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and safeguards

Investor-access and relationship records are retained for up to 24 months unless a shorter period is appropriate or a continuing relationship, legal obligation or legitimate corporate-record requirement applies. Access is limited according to business need. Do not send sensitive client, financial or identity information through a public form.
